김밥천국 Kimbap Cheonguk or Kimbap Heaven Restaurant, Ortigas

Kimbap Heaven is a Korean snacks and grill that me and my friends frequent along Escriva Drive in Ortigas. It is not visible from the street because it is situated inside a building called Amber Square with other Korean businesses.

These are the MUST TRY dishes that we always order.

Ddeokbokki or spicy rice cake is one of the most popular snacks in Korea, which is typically sold by street vendors that you can see on Korean dramas. 180php
Kimbap is basically the Korean version of Japanese Maki but it is rice, egg and vegetables wrapped in seaweed. 100php
Steamed Mandu is beef dumplings with vegetables is their hit and cannot be left out on our orders. 180php
Jjampong Ramen or spicy seafood noodle soup is also a must try. 180php
Add these dishes to the must tries.

Dolsot bibimbap is a mix of meat(usually beef), rice and slivered vegetables which have been blanched and dressed with sesame oil and soy sauce with gochujang (chili pepper paste) on a hot stone bowl topped with raw egg. 250php
Samgyupsal is pork belly Korean barbecue with dipping sauces of gireumjang made of  salt, black pepper and sesame oil and doenjang (soybean paste). 200php

Of course, Korean food is not complete without Banchan or side dishes!!!
